Re: LONGVIEW DISC GOLF COURSE AT PERRY LAKE

Got out for the first time this year and played this course on this beautiful day. I had a blast. This is a fun and challenging course..especially the back 9. It was set almost all long but some of the short pin positions looked really fun too. My favorite hole was I think long hole 12....a 500 and ...

Re: Worlds?

Eric. . you are one big monster stud. Congratulations. I wish the coverage would have been better so I could have enjoyed your domination more.

Re: Chronology of Kansas courses

I do believe I saw Dennis Vahsholtz crushing a roller in there. Anyone else want to agree?

Re: USDGC Time

Kansas disc golfers should give some props David Hemmeline for his run at the USDGC this year (and other tournaments for that matter). To give you an idea of how well he played . . . the final round he played with the current world champ, a prior two time world champ/ three time US open champ, and t...

Re: USDGC Spot

So here is the deal: I did not play up to my expectations in Des Moines. I have historically done well there every year but for some reason I choked this year. After starting out well (2 strokes off the lead), I choked it at Pickard and dropped like a stone. I floundered for the next couple of round...

Re: USDGC Spot

I certainly will give it my best shot. I am preparing for that tournament as well as I can. I disagree with you that you a spot will slip to someone who doesn't cash. Only if the Iowa/ Minnesota contingent do well at the Majestic will things loosen up. Tanner, Sprague and Olsen are all looking for s...

Re: Little Apple Open Manhattan, KS May 16, 2009 PDGA C-tier

In the scheme of things a 965 is probably at least in the neighborhood of being correct. Going through each hole made wince at how tough a time I had. I am drooling for another shot at that course. Thanks again to the Super Nice Guys for putting on a great tournament.

Re: Little Apple Open Manhattan, KS May 16, 2009 PDGA C-tier

I know I sucked that second round but the ratings for both rounds seem a bit screwed up. Maybe that is just the way it turned out. One thing that gets my head scratching is I can not think of a time when I have seen a stroke worth more than 10 ratings points. Usually it is the opposite once you get ...

Re: 7th Annual Glass Blown Open A-Tier April 18-19

Maybe my mind is still in a fantasy world after this weekend but I will tell you that was a bomb. I have thrown a few shots from around there and never put one up against the trees. I might add, I have never seen anyone else bomb one that far down the fairway during any final nines including multipl...

http://www.cowboysfuzzyduds.com/storage/site_manager/galleries/patterns/Voodoo.jpg I want to thank Fuzzy Dudds for for their soft support of my body while I was fighting to put the hammer on Jake. Saturday night was definetely the hopping night. We saw several groups but we must just have missed yours. I also thought catching the bowling ball on the face was awesome too. There was a magic dude who was a bit weird but his final trick was awesome. I saw it twice up close and have no idea how he...

We loved Buskerfest. My kids loved it even more.

I can't believe I didn't make the connection. The kids and I watched the whole show. I personally thought the twinkie juggling was awesome. (That was your show right? We saw several)
