I don't think that double points would be enough. Maybe triple or quadruple points. They should take the two lowest attended tournaments and quadruple the points the next year. And triple the third and fourth lowest attended tournaments. That might help the smaller tournaments get more attendance ea...

We have 9 baskets. 8 baskets have 3 tee pads and the 9th basket will be moved to 4 different locations. We will play 2 rounds (18 baskets) in the morning and 2 rounds (18 baskets) after lunch. My mom told me what she's serving for lunch and YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS tournament if only for the food.
