We played three fun filled rounds at Beattrice on Tuesday. What is a good score there for an intermediate player from the short pads? I love that front nine, it has a little bit of everything. :D

Emporia is definitely on our list of places to play, but three and a half hours is a little to long for a day trip. I wish I could play some courses on the way to Concordia, but I imagine my 3 month old and my wife might have other ideas. I'm enjoying hearing everyone's take on the different courses...

Should we consider the 2 and a half hour drive to Wichita? The daylight doesn't last long this time of year so, I'm not sure if we should make the trip. Our eventual goal is to play every course in Kansas. We might go to Highbridge Wisconsin this summer but that's another discussion topic. Again, I ...

My brother-in-law and I have played and really enjoyed the superior and fairbury courses along with Beatrice. It sounds like the census is to skip Tuttle and hit Beatrice again. Does anybody know if Salina has only one permanent course? I'm always reading about the rock, but it sounds like it's a te...

The family is going to Concordia for Christmas and my brother-in-law and I are plotting our next disc outing. Should we go to Beatrice (been there, loved it) or Tuttle (haven't been there)? Salina just has the one permanent course doesn't it? We played it this summer and had a pretty good time. Belo...

I'm going to join either way but I liked Schoen-Hopper's idea of a specially stamped KDGA disc.

My brother-in-law has been talking about the Indian Hills course ever since he had a wrestling coach conference in Columbia, hopefully I can check it out one of these days. My next out of town course will be back to Beloit when I visit him for Thanksgiving.

I really enjoyed some of the Des Moines courses this weekend. Hole #10 at Ewing was a blast, I could have stood there all day and watched the discs fly off of that huge hill. The big wood carving of a basket at Grandview was pretty sweet too. They definitely have some great courses. I think Waterwor...

I'm going to Des Moines with a buddy this weekend to play in a doubles tournament and I know that he has some favorite courses to play there (that's where he's from) and I was wondering what everyones top three picks to play would be. I enjoyed reading all of the opinions on the K.C courses so I tho...

I couldn't believe how many pin placements Rosedale had. Some of the holes had five different spots they could go. I wish we would have had enough time to play the down under course.

One of the guys I played with is a lefty and it did seem like he had a definite advantage at Rosedale. The middle holes all seemed like they finished in favor of a lefty.

Rosedale was way, way, busier than waterworks on the day that I was there. It really surprised me because, the weather had turned crappy by the time we played there and it was all sunshine when we played waterworks.
