If they were operating as the DDDC it seems to me the members of the club should have some say in where that money goes. Otherwise, It's not a club.

Scratch that whole "pre-season #1" thing as it sounds like there may be 4 or 5 players leaving for the NBA. The league is considering setting a minimum age of 20, so there may be a whole bunch of NCAA players leaving early in the next year.
