The parks and rec manager is talking with the neighborhood about putting big shunga in as a permanant fixture. there is parking on street across 29th with the walk light to cross, and they are going to be putting a walk under in there in the next year or two. If it all goes well, we will put the hoops from crestview in there when we get the new ones this year, and then next year ask the city to help upgrade Big Shunga to new pins.

That part is still all lot up in the air, so I wouldnt get too worked up about it, but it is in the works.

You should put the new pins in at Big Shunga.

That would be nice, and depending on how timing works we may do that, I do not expect the pins will be here until june or later, and I really dont imagine we will get permission to use Shunga till late fall or even next year.

Yes the new baskets at big Shunga would be better, and if it does go down, hit me up and I'll bring some labor out to help with the course, and for that matter, if you guys need help with the other 3, feel free to give me a holler.
What about tees for shunga?

shunga = Big shunga

or

shunga = Crestview

:?:

The course at crestview is a dicey situation when we start talking about re-design, I am not saying it is out of the question, but the club would have to pony up some bucks, tees would have to be broken up and removed, dirt would have to be filled in, forms would have to be made, and we might be able to go 50-50 on cement.

Big Shunga will have concrete if we get it in there, I would look for a layout simular to the tourney course last year, with some alternates (some shorter some longer)

either or, and you wouldn't necessarily have to rip out the pads at the view, you could modify the current ones(you know which ones) and add the gold layout tees and the cost shouldn't be too much, maybe that can be added in with what the city is picking up.

What's this 50-50 stuff?
