I am on staff for the British Open this year at Essex university, in fact I am going there for their league in the morning.

The British Open is not held in the same place every year. This is the first time it is in colchester and the first PDGA event in England.

It is a nice course though and a great place to play disc golf. I am tied for the course record at 54. A long and technical course

I won 85 Francs at the European Masters in Switzerland. It was cool to say that. The first place at the British open is a little over 500 Pounds which is close to $1000. The exchange rate is 2 dollars to every pound

England does not use the Euro, only the British Pound

What is the actual date of the event Scott? Do you have any extra floor space?

The British Open is over and I if you get a chance to ever play in this event, I encourage. next year the same club is bidding for it and going to try and make it an A Tier but at least a B Tier again. There were 82 Pros with first getting 500GBP, which is a lot for a tournament over here. 14 countries represented. It was an honor playing with some the european sponsored players such as Emil Isakson, Tommi Vassala, Marco Lehousse and a few others.
