The Windstar, wow, a little before my time lol. That crush is super sweet though, and the flash is a little too light.

Leo,

This is just one of 12 first run flashes this seller has. They are all orange (1 is dark orange), most around 171g, and all $11.50. Bad news is that "Nothing But Disc Golf" does not combine shipping, so that would be an extra $5 per disc.

Does Nathan still work at the Groove Shack in Topeka? What kind of plastic are they selling? Do they have a website?

Mike, yes I have talked to that guy many times, he had three max weight flashes, but I bought all of them. I did buy one 172 flash, threw it in a couple of rounds and it just wasn't the same, over the past year I have developed a habit of throwing nothing but max weight equipment.
Nathan does still work at the groove shack, the have tons and tons of Innova and a good selection of Discraft. You can reach him 785-272-7480, he has sundays and mondays off though.

I know I have a couple XL's in that plastic, but since they suck, I am just gonna hang on to them! Besides, another "Chad" friend of mine can turn them over... forever! :D

Gonna try one myself, one of these days!

I have a JB XL that I was given this summer. XL's are great discs. I like to use mine for nice controlled straight shots. Kind of a longer "Buzz" shot. I also have an Elite XL that is great for long Anhyzers and turnover rollers. You should try the XL out Don. It would work great for your arm speed and spin.

I used to throw a Z XL. It was too overstable, or it would flip the whole time, but I never knew which it was. I think I was really keeping the nose up on my drives. Now I am more consitent with the nose down and would like to try it again. I think I have a couple Z XL's too!
