Playing the course backwards was definatly a challenge.

I still cant believe that I hit that ace and I wouldnt have thumbered threw there if it wasnt for shane going before me and telling me that he was going to birdy the hole so I bet him $5 that he wouldnt and we broke even with me hitting the ace. Thanks Shane :P :P

I will never not buy into the ace fund again.

O well I still am happy about getting to hang another ace on the wall.

I think you have to be in the tourney ace fund to receive the KDGA ace fund.

That's how it was for scooter earlier this year. I think that it's fair. Here is how I think of it:

The KDGA ace fund is built from individual tournaments ace funds. So you should be paying into the individual ace funds to be eligible for the full KDGA fund.

It would be a lot of extra work to track to see which ace funds you were or were not in, so it just goes by whether or not you payed for that event. Plus, it keeps people from never paying the tournament ace fund and draining the KDGA fund.

When I go to a tournament and pay the ace fund, I don't give a darn about the $100 from that tournament, I am hoping for half the rolling ace fund, plus that money!

Nope, it isn't a joke. It is the truth.

This is the way it has been handled on a few aces now.

I think its been 3 aces that were like that, but why was it changed in the first place?

It should have been this way all along. It doesn't make sense to give ace money out to those who aren't paid in.

I know it has to suck to be on the losing end of this. Hopefully it lets everyone know they need to get in on the ace fund!

The rolling Ace fund was a big deal several years ago.

We did away with the rolling Ace fund for a couple of years, then we started doing it again.

I think Dennis hit an Ace in Hays two years ago and was not in the Ace fund and got paid. Then after the input of several KDGA members it was decided that you must be in the tourney Ace fund to collect on the KDGA Ace fund.

The idea was if you were not in the tourney ace fund, you probably didn't get in any ace funds. Since the KDGA rolling ace fund is only from money paid into tourney ace funds, it was decided you must be in the current ace fund to win.

What are Topeka's yearly events? Which ones are PDGA sanctioned?

Capital City Classic: Crestview & Shunga Park

LSDiscs Open: Lake Shawnee?

Mighty Shunga Nunga: Big Shunga, Crestview, & Lake Shawnee?
