Thomas Park, Salina, KS
Saturday, February 21, 2009

Sign-up: 8:30am Players Meeting: 9:45

Format: 1 round of fun singles with CTP prizes. Then 1 round of $5 flip
doubles if you want to play. Doubles is not included in the entry fee.

Cost: $25 which includes, A KDGA Food Drive disc, KDGA Food
Drive Raffle ticket and Lunch.

All proceeds go to the Salina food bank. There is no payout for the first
round. This event is about having fun and raising money for the food bank.

Directions: From I-70 exit on Ninth Street, drive south about ½ mile, Park is
on the west side of the street. Drive the building in the back of the drive.

I have the 2009 Bag Tags in. They can be picked up Saturday in Salina, if you are not coming and someone you know is have them pick it up for you.

Off topic but how will the tags be handed out? Random, or by order of sign up? Just curious. Hope to see you at the food drive!

The people that attended the finals last year and used their payout to renew their 2009 KDGA membership will randomly pick the first 35 or so tags. All of the sign ups this year so far will randomly pick a tag up to 75.

I can pick up the tags for people in the WVDGA area. I think I will make the trip up, I really want to play thomas park.

Thanks to all that made it out to the Salina Food drive. We had 46 players with only a few shooting in the 50's with 54 the best.

The money raised to be given to the food bank is $680

I will post the first round and double scores later

Great time, awesome lunch and one ass kicking course (well, it certainly kicked mine) :lol: .

And we just happened to raise some money for a good cause on top of that. Great job Salina crew.
