Anyone else not get their PDGA ballot yet?

Two years ago, I didn't get one in my e-mail. Last year I did get one. This year, no dice. Seems to be no rhyme or reason.
Funny how I can consistently get their weekly spam newsletter that pretty much regurgitates what's on the website, but they can't consistently send me a ballot once a year.
Anyone know who I can contact at the PDGA to get this rectified?

Call the IDGC at 706-261-6342 and ask for the new memberships manager (Sara Nicolson).
Once you have your ballot, make sure you vote for me (Bob Decker).

This year I received mine fine, but the last couple of years I have found this ballot in my junk mail box.

Just off the phone with the IDGC. Sara is in Rochester for Am Worlds apparently, but they left an assistant at the office to help me out. They said it would be a couple of days though before they could send me a new e-mail. Whatever.

This is what really kind of burns me. I mean, there's always the risk of a large e-mail like that ending up in folks junk folders. For all the PDGA knows, there may be hundreds of people who either didn't get their ballot, or didn't get it before their junk folder deleted it. You think they could have given us some notice ahead of time to put a particular address on our white lists to make sure it gets to our inbox.
Maybe someone behind the scenes is plotting against Bob.
