Is there going to be a June 16 Abilene Tournament? I can't find any details online.

If so, what are the details & how does one get signed up?

(There's a handful of us from Manhattan who are interested).

Sure Mace will post something soon. If he doesn't I will hit him up.

Abilene local Casey J. and I went out last week and set up the back nine holes. Some are the same as last year, some are a little longer, and a couple are different.

Should be a good time.

Sorry for the late post. I don't look for this to fill so I'm not going to set up online registration. If you have not played this course before it is on a great piece of land just south of Abilene.

They are way less, at least last wednesday they were. Didn't have to put any spray on, didn't have any go in my eyes or ears, and I am pretty sure I didn't eat any.

Shout Out to MaceMan and all the crew that helped host this years Shootout. WELL DONE!

I might not have played well (including missing two birdie putts on my own baskets ), however I enjoyed meeting some new people & definitively had a great time. I really enjoyed playing in a Ring of Fire again, as a lot of tournaments seem to be doing away with the ring of fire.

Finally, great showing 8 fellow DFOK members! Way to go making the trek from all points to Brown Memorial Park.

Thanks to all the people that showed up to play Abilene!! The weather are perfect for a mid June Saturday Day.
