Kansas Disc Golf Association

As with many disc golf communities, your disc golf friends over/up/down here in Manhattan KS continue to work at getting more courses built and/or improved.

To put it as briefly as possible, the City of Manhattan Parks Dept. is CURRENTLY working on a "Facility Improvement Plan" for ALL types of facilities.

Please help us keep DISC GOLF a relevant topic by taking the following surveys. Feel free to work in "disc golf" however you can... tell them you play in Leagues, Tournaments, etc. Tell them you love to travel to other communities... any positive feedback will help us. (BTW, Our city owned course is in WARNER Park)

Warner Park is in the top 10 nationally for best 9 holers on DGCR.

Yep... The community surveys regarding all City of Manhattan parks & programs are being distributed to a random cross-section of Manhattan households right now. The girlfriend of a local player received one of the surveys, so I know it's true.

We'll keep you posted as this progresses.

Hopefully some day (sooner or later) we will be able to complete our vision of Warner as an 18 hole course.
