Millennium 3 Disc 3 Headed Monster Fundraiser

Mark May 4th down for a chance to help raise money for 9 extra holes and alternate pins for Fairmont Park in Manhattan. A great chance to see what the proposed layout will be and help the club with costs of added amenities for the course. Not to mention getting a chance to pick out and play with 3 great Millennium discs for a $25 entry fee. Details will follow soon...stay tuned.

The details of this tournament are coming together nicely. I expect to get those details finalized and released sometime this weekend at the latest.

Here’s the financial stats regarding the DFOK Fundraising Disc Golf Tournament.
$295 raised in player entry fees (59 players x $5 per player = $295)
$125 raised in optional “dot dollar” mulligan donations (23 players X $5 per player = $115)
$ 20 donation in kind from a player.

$430 dollars raised by the DFOK Fundraising Disc Golf Tournament!

Also newsworthy on this day was the presentation of the funds generated by this winter’s DFOK Glow League. Each player at this winter's glow league was encouraged to donate $1, per round attended, to further disc golf in the area. The result of these donations totaled $61.

When all added up, the weekend resulted in raising a total of $491 for the Fairmont Park Disc Golf Course Expansion Project!
