My 15 year old son and I are planning on coming up for this one. Didn't see a Junior division. Should we just both register recreational?

If you want to sign your son up Junior, that would be fine. You could just sign him up the day of, I don't expect the tournament to be full. $15 for his entry fee, he's likely to be the only one.

Does every player get a player pack? What will happen if it rain on Saturday? play on Sunday?

Every player is going to get something. At least a disc, and I have enough T-shirts for about 50 people. I don't see many more coming than that, but if it happens, they will still get something. Pro's will get a shirt.
