I've never done an ace race before. Are the baskets moved to a shorter distance so it's easier to hit an ace or what?

Yes, the course will be modified. Discraft recommends 180-250 foot lenth holes, but I would guess that most will be in the 120-150' neighborhood, with some shorter than that.

I scoped out a course there today that looks sweet! Will need 4 temp baskets to make the funnest course with the best flow.

Looks like we'll have the packages on time.

Course will be fun. Yes, there will be water shots! No more than 100' carry though, and since the idea is not to be short on ace runs, I don't think it will be an issue.

Need 4 temp baskets. Who can bring one?

Less than a week out. Who is coming? Haven't heard from anyone who can bring a basket. I need to know how many buckets we will have so I can layout the course on time. If we can get 4 of them, that will make for the best course flow. Shots will be shorter, more fun, and there won't be long walks.

Mike - I've got two baskets... a Discatcher Sport and a Mach Lite. I plan on coming though I'm not sure how soon I will be arriving.... going to Woofstock in the morning. I might be able to bring them to you at league Thursday?

Heck yeah! Thanks Kevin & Jason.

Kevin, it turns out I'm going to take the weekend off, so I'll be there by noon to get the course flagged. I might start taking registration around 12:45, so if you can show up at 12:45 or sooner, that'll be great. I'll put a flag in the ground to mark the locations for the temps. We will not stray far at all from them and we are going to play 4 consecutive 9's, so we shouldn't have anything to fear about them getting messed with.

Discs are in today! Good news is that nobody will get stuck with lightweight discs this year. They range from 174 to 181. And everyone gets a disc bag!

Get with me at league Thursday and you can get a pack early.

Mike - I won't be able to make it out to league tonight so I'll just bring the baskets Saturday. Any preference on shirt color? I've got no idea what I have in mediums...

6 players paid. 4 players reserved. 18 packs left. Should have enough, but you may want to show up close to 12:45 to get an early pick. Or let me know if you are coming if you want me to hold one back.
