Bob will be at the Water Center Friday night from 5:30 to 7pm. For those who want to make sure they get signed up early. Should help things run smoothly Saturday morning.

I will have participation forms at league tonight at Oak as well. Tee time 5:15 sharp tonight, so show up early.

Thanks Dynamic Discs, for another great tournament!!!

One of the windiest tournaments I've ever played in. Even though the pin placements were on short, generally away from the river, many shots found a watery grave. Saw some crazy shots in the wind. The best had to be Adam Spexarth's drive on hole 6 long tee. He drove it 40' past the pin for a 605' drive!!

Some amazing shooting in the wind second round. Many players shot 10 or more strokes better second round. Congrats to Smitty! Heard he won the tourney on the last hole.

Biggest cash of the weekend was J.D. Absolutely incredible anny ace on hole 15 with a Star Teebird. $315? tourney fund plus $143? KDGA fund plus $108 ACDGC fund. About a $565 ace! And he cashed in Open!

Very fun tournament. Those who qualified for finals were:
Open: Jeff Ring (by 1 stroke)
Masters: Mike Speer
Grandmasters: Bill Paulson
Advanced: Twich
Intermediate: Chris Tyler (by 1 stroke)
Am Masters: Bob Decker
Brandon Mace won the Friz Rocker Clause

Congrats to Ron Convers on winning the Kassner Cup!

Wow. Didn't think I was even that close. That tree limb hanging over the road on Hole 1 may have cost me a trip to the Finals. :x

Many of the eastbound holes were a %*%*# yesterday. My entire card in the afternoon round went OB on Hole 7.

A lot of the right handed folks were also having trouble with 6. I saw several would be anny and straight shots just crash into the slope, get up on end and take a hard left into the river.
