Smitty,

Did Tank find a ride?

If I wrap things up in the early afternoon, I'm long overdue for some golf and some beer. Holler at me when you roll in. Yes, hole d and e are the temp holes after twelve and there is no 2 meter rule. We used letters instead of numbers for the temp holes. We thought the nickles on the Rolling Hills pins would be confusing. So you have 1-18 and A-F, totaling 24 holes.

This would be the "new flow" of the course starting from the beginning.

It's all in the booklet, which was proofed late last night and will go to press this morning. Hope to be finished by 2p.

Sweet. Those booklets are nice.

Is doubles going to be 24 holes?

Are you in Hays? If not, how did you get a booklet, or are you just saying they will be nice? If you are in Hays, why did you go so early? If you aren't in Hays, when will you get there? Are you bringing lots of extra discs, or just your bag? How will you know what discs to carry? What time will most golfers arrive at the course tomorrow, concidering the start time is one hour earlier? Will you try to get a full round in before the tourney, or just a few holes? If a man has ten apples and gives six away, how many do you have? What elevation is Hays? Is there a topo map avail.? If you throw a disc into the wind flat, at what speed will it start to turn (pred, talon, MRV, etc)? How many will there be in the tourney? Which person will drive the furthest to get there? Can you tell I am very bored and can't wait to leave?

Can't wait till 3:30!!!!!!!

No. The booklets were nice last year. I think I'll be in Hays at 5:45 p.m. Only bringing 2 extra discs. I probably won't throw them. The average time golfers will show up at the course tomorrow is 8:14 a.m. I'll get my practice in with doubles. Maybe a few holes in the morning. I have 3 apples, the man has 4. Hays is 1XXX feet and Brett will certainly remember the topos. You need an adjustable mechanical disc sling to make these determinations. There will be 86 people playing the tournament. Boobs or a man from Grand Junction, Colorado will drive the furthest. You are very bored.

Ok, how about this...

A man has to get a fox, a chicken, and a sack of corn across a river. He has a rowboat, and it can only carry him and one other thing. If the fox and the chicken are left together, the fox will eat the chicken. If the chicken and the corn is left together, the chicken will eat the corn. How does the man do it?

There is a way! And I am still bored!!!!

1st trip across man takes the chicken----> leaves chicken on other side
<-------man goes back across
picks up either fox or corn----------> leaves fox or corn and picks up chicken
<-----man and chicken go back across
man leaves chicken and picks up fox or corn (whichever is left)------->takes it across
<-------man goes back across
man picks up chicken---------> man, chicken, fox and corn all on the same side now!

And this...?

I have some pencils and some jars.
If I put 4 pencils into each jar I will have one jar left over.
If I put 3 pencils into each jar I will have one pencil left over.
How many pencils and how many jars?
