With the exception of Ellis these dates are all set. The rest of the weekend are on a first come first serve basis. They are not protected weekends either. Meaning that we may have more then 1 event on any given day. We will try to have TD work together to avoid fighting over players. For Example when Wichita is hosting an event, Winfield will not run one against them. A place like Ransom could however run an event on the same day.

Banger Rusco had contacted me already about DD Open and Revenge of the Monkey being that weekend.

By the new rules, you can host an event that day. I just don't know how smart it would be. I would rather do something earlier personally.

I encouraged you guys last year to run more events in and around Hays. It gives all the Western Kansas members a chance at some points.

I still think Ellis should have a tourney. They did qualify as a KDGA super tour event for 2009. That means double points for everyone who plays it.
