Sakuna Pines Update
The gate will be locked for the winter due to some situations with smoking, trash, guns, and disrespect of neighbors. If you want to play the course you need to call La Foret, let them know which club you belong to (PPFDC, PDGA, or CDSA), and when you are coming, then drive through the camp to the place near hole 9 that we parked at during the tournament. You can also stop at the office instead of calling. I am at work and don't have the phone number with me, it is posted on the PPFDC.com forum. La Foret is on Shoup west of Black Forest Rd.
New Website!!
It's been a long time coming, but we finally have a new website. There's still a few kinks to work out and some things have moved. Please be sure to check out the new course directory. Please bear with us as we get things back up to speed. Thank you for your support!

CDSA Basket Donation Program
The Colorado Disc Sports Association (CDSA) is a non-profit organization (501C4) devoted to promoting disc sports statewide and manages the annual Colorado Thin Air disc golf tournament series. To encourage the establishment of disc golf courses throughout the state, the CDSA will award a basket to the successful applicant under the conditions below:
New Castle Course
We just finished installing a new 9-hole beauty next to the Colorado river in New Castle just outside of Glenwood Springs. Holes range from 225 ft to around 400 ft. Lots of trees, nice grass and natural grass along the river. 2 flypad tees and the rest are packed road base (to be installed soon). I was able to do a majority of the layout. 16 year old Josh Gosnell already canned the first ace on hole 5, a short, blind hyzer, during the first official round.
See you all soon,
TJ
Sakuna Pines Course
The course is open with 18 baskets and 1-2 more holes without baskets. This course is only for serious golfers and we don't want it to get real crowded with the casual golfers you see at some courses. There is zero tolerance for smoking or drinking on the course so if you can't make it through a round without, please play somewhere else. There are no trash cans on the course so pack out your trash.
