No, I don't think I'll do this too often. I did it all by hand and it took a while. The Rock must be an inspiring course!
The best stat for me is seeing the score % breakdown on each hole. The USDGC does this. I'll never understand why they post the worst score on some of those crazy holes though. That is just harsh!

Some notes on the course this year...
On the pins at the Rock, I still liked the original best for 1. It was surprising to see the averages higher for the others. I also like the shorter tee just as much on this hole. I don't think it is that much easier. The one on top was just a controlled hyzer.
I'd like to play the hole on top of the rock more than one round. We just don't get too much crazy stuff like that. That placement on the left was better than under the rock, though.
Hole 3 is just a great hole. You need holes like this one to keep us playing golf. Get too agressive on the drive and you will blow up your score.
I really wanted to see the pin on the other side of the wall for hole 4. I think obstacles you have to throw over to get to the green can really make a hole interesting.
Hole 6 is a subtle hole that played almost par 4. Getting a 2 on that hole was a bird and a half.
Hole 7 was just a hyzer over the road again. That placement isn't bad, but it used to move to the left to make the annhyzer crush the preferred route.
Hole 8 played at least a half stroke tougher this year with the strong wind. The strategy was to play for a 4 this year. I was punished by those trees more than once for going for a 3.
Hole 9 was one of the more boring holes. Tough due to uphill and wind, but still mostly 3's. It gets interesting when the pin is on either side of that big pine though. I also remember it being superlong last year, which was a par 4.
Hole 10 was best in the original position. That shule that comes into play will really make for some tough shots.
The shots that play across the street were best for 11. I liked what Beloit did last year with some of their holes getting pushed across an OB road. The placement next to the road is cool, but random spits can be overly punished.
Hole 12 played a lot tougher than I expected! This hole wasn't that windy. This is a great example of how a tricky sloped green can add so much to a golf hole.
Hole 13 was a ton tougher this year. That is one hole that is better without brutal wind.
Hole 14 is always fun. I'd like to see the area short and right of the island as safe for a layup zone, but everything else other than the island OB.
Hole 15's green was killer. I hope nobody lost their money putter.
Hole 16 played much tougher than I expected. I liked how 15's tee was moved. I liked the dike shot. I also liked the short placement. It was still tough, but not impossible to par. Not too many 2's there if any.
Hole 17 showed a lot of scoring variety. Anywhere from 2 to 6. Lots of different shots from the tee, including a layup for an easy 3. Not too many of us are willing to play safe.
Hole 18 gave up everything from an ace to a 6. The wind made that hole a lot more interesting. Laying up when putting from behing the pin was a pretty smart play.
