I think that it is weak that only 10 open players showed up.

4 of them were out of towners.

Great job Eric, Gabe and company. As normal the best event in Kansas. You boys rock!!!!!

Par (pär) n.

1. An amount or level considered to be average; a standard: performing up to par; did not yet feel up to par.
2. Simply taking a 3 on each hole during a two-day disc golf tournament: no bogeys! Need birdies to cancel them!!
3. All you have to do to win MOST Advanced tournaments.

For those of you who do not know, 216 is PAR for 4 rounds of golf. Great shooting Chris Boro!! My target was 216 and that would have won it. Those of you who did not make it.......you missed a great tournament. Next year, we are shooting for 120 people and MORE than 10 pros!

Eric, Gabe, Nate, Sarah, David, great job again!! Thanks EVERYONE for painting lines, marking OB, and spotting disks. What a great weekend!! I'll remember more later......

These courses are beautiful! They are fun to play, even though they are not often kind. I can't imagine what all went on behind the scenes to get the courses in the shape that they were in. In the four years that I have been driving to E-town, there have been huge improvements made to these courses! Every year I am amazed. These two courses have got to be some of the best in the country!

This is the only year that I have gone to Emporia that we did not see some rain! I kind of like that, so let's do that again next year.

I had fun watching the final nine. Wow! Would have liked to see Smitty in there, but other than that, it was great. Makes me wish I could throw like that. If you had to "rush" off for something, or if you were not there, you really missed out. Besides, if I can stick around with a six hour drive staring me in the face, you can too! Great to see E-Mac win that last bunch of cash! Way to go!

I am sure the spotters and helpers that play disc golf really would have liked to play, but gave that up for us. This is very cool. Thanks to all of you that gave up your tourney to help the rest of us.

Thanks to everyone that put on such a great tourney, and congrats to E-mac for the win. I will be back!

Oh, and Poopshoot lives!

That's some great shooting Emac! You made sure it wasn't going to be a Daniel Stacy story this year! I thought you guys made the final 9 pretty exciting this year. The course and the performance was outstanding. Thanks to Emporia Disc Golf Club!

What a lay out, what a tourney, what a crew to put it all together.GREAT JOB EDGC!!!!

After seeing the effort you folks went through it was easy to see what we are lacking here in Beloit. You guys have set standards for us to try to catch. GREAT JOB.

Only 10 is kinda weak.....what can you say tho this game gets expensive when it costs 100 bones just to drive half of the state!!!

So what happened to Lil Jon??? Im assuming he was late for the first time in his tourney carreer. Wish i coulda made it...........

For some reason I was thinking that tee time was at 10 so I missed 2 holes.

Almost aced my first hole though, carded four birdies on the east course which was decent because it was playing tough.

Birdie of the weekend has to be E-Mac's birdie on hole 6. Wish I could have seen that.

You should've went, I could dropped your entry fee if you needed it since you probably could have gotten it back.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
