If you need to save money, dirt pads are not bad for a while.

I think that temp. tees are the way to go on any course for the first year or two. That way it is easier to ajust the course.

You can move flypads, but to put them in the correct way, you need to basically have cement under them. If not, you get humps and valleys because of erosion.
