A premise for the shirt, where the state of kansas is like a playing field, oz is split up with a dude throwing from the o to the z.
Maybe the regions being drawn out by chain link? I dunno, just a rough draft.

I like the guy throwing from on top of the O to the Z, it looks pretty cool.

Q??? Thats kinda sad, I like the wizard of oz!!!! Poor toto hanging there. I actually saved a dog one time that jumped a fence on a chain and was hanging there howling, nobody could help because this other BIG dog wouldnt let them. I just opened the gate and walked in and he looked at me like I was a dumb-ass............. he was right!!!!!
