to get there just take highway 11 east straight to kaw city, once you get past the citgo there is sign that says Pioneer Cove you'll turn right onto it and then just follow the road straight south untill you see the baskets/ beach etc...

Next weeks handicaps

Smitty 0
Grant -3
Shan -4
Harv -4

Kevin L -8

I spent about and hour crunching numbers.

This is what I found out on a small sample of people. I picked people who had played more then 4 rounds.

80%
Smitty 0
Grant 2
Shan 4
Rich 6
Kevin L 7
Bart 8
Larry 10
Cliff 10

Kicking out the best and worst round.

Smitty 0
Grant 3
Shan 3
Rich 5
Kevin L 8
Bart 8
Larry 10
Cliff 11

We can make this as EZ as we want or as complex. The fact of the matter is that it isn't going to make much of a diff. If you don't get 4's you will probably win.

Look at the results for this week and I think it supports the method that we are use.

I shot the Leg. record and killed the field.

Grant 52, Shan 53, Cliff 53, Bart 54, Harv 55, Rich 55. The 6 of them with in 3 strokes of each other. I can think of 2 EZ strokes that Shan left on the course. He had a bad blow by that he turned into a 4, and he hit a facemask from 10 feet.

Big Kev shot one of his worst Leg. rounds yet and finished at the back of the pack.

I think that the system works. I am going to keep the results on a spread sheet and just base them off a true average of all our scores. I see no need in kicking out rounds or having a sliding scale.

I think the current system works just fine as long as the people have 4 or 5 rounds in 8)
My people skills are just fine, it's my tolerance for idiots that need work.

looks like the hand-i-capin was working great saturday, good job smitty and a good round.
My boy Manga(Mun-ga is his nickname) would have won if he was playing seriously. I think he'll be back. He is my first sponsored player. He's got a 400 ft drive and nothing else. Oh he can almost flick it 400!
