Jones won all 4 Major titles of his time in one year constituting a Grand Slam for that era. No one has accomplished the modern day Grand Slam of winning all 4 Major tournaments in one year. Tiger is the chit though having held all 4 at one time spanning two seasons. You have to be pretty phenomenal when they name a new version of the grand slam after you.

Tiger,Tiger,Tiger,Tiger Slam Biatches!!!! :P The dude is so good they have to try to Tiger Proof the courses so he won't win by 10 strokes every tourny.... He is one of the best asian athletes I've ever seen

Who else could miss 90% of there fairways and still win?

Who else has never lost a playoff?

Who else can totally change there swing then win 2 majors?

Who else can win with NIKE GOLF equipment?

Uh.....Nobody :!:

I'm a golf fan, and I don't want to see Phil put Tiger in his place, (which won't happen by the way)..imo
besides, don't you think Tiger had a lot on his mind that weekend?
Tiger still has a few Majors on Phil..not to mention Tiger is younger, and IN SHAPE! :)

Well thats your opinion. I on the other hand want to see some action when sunday comes around:wink:

3 for 9 in the last majors aint bad

Its been proven some golfers have swings built to their body type, like say JD or Monty. In fact, in my most recent issue of GOLF mag. Monty said he was swinging better than ever because he put back 15lbs. of the weight he'd previously lost. BTW Im pretty sure Phil isnt in that bad of shape I mean he did just play back to back tourneys, with back to back wins, with 31 holes on sunday!!! It looked like he was doing fine to me.............

I never said Phil didn't have game, or that I wouldn't want to see some action on Sunday...theres nothing better than 3 players tied up with 2 holes to play down by 1 stroke to someone already in the clubhouse..Thats golf!
I'm just a Tiger fan, but there are a few golfers I like better. like...
Freddie, Love III, Pampling, Weir, Daly, Retief, Garcia, J.L. Lewis,...the list could go on and on....

Hell im a Tiger fan too, but Im a bigger Phil fan tho. After seeing Phil miss those big money 3 footers in years past it was just sweet to see him be clutch. The Phil I saw last sunday looked like the new and improved version.

Dont forget John Holmes!!! You gotta be a JH fan

Flint Hills Golf Club

Post by Notorious ROG »

Anybody evey play Flint Hills, I did this Friday all I can say is WOW! EXCLUSIVE! and TOUGH!

I shot decent but had as many triple boogies as birdies (3 each) ouch! If you miss the fairway you are looking at big numbers.....

They treat you like a king and charge you like one as well, glad I didn't foot the bill, thanks Boss!
