KDGA Logo for 07

Post by McCabe »

I think NOW is a good time to get people to start making logo's for the 07 season. So were not rushing to get them done! So start designing logo's and I'm sure you'll get rewarded with a sweet prize!

I actually started working on ideas a few days ago
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

Either one will be fine. The shirt this year was a four color process which allows the drawing to have multiple colors and shades. The disadvantage to this is I think the colors are not as sharp and it costs more. If a hand drawing is done and you want it to have solid colors do a line drawing and a full color drawing

We need help!!!!

If you are an artist, or your buddy is an artist, get us your work. We are looking for something that will look good on shirts, discs, water bottles, towels, what ever else goes with disc golf.

Get us the work by the 1st of Jan.

We are going to decide just after the first of the year.

THE DESIGN WE PICK WILL EARN A FREE KDGA MEMBERSHIP!

I'll see if the dude who designed the full color logo for the DD will work on something. He seems to be pretty good with that stuff. If his design is picked could he transfer his membership to me since he doesn't play?

k.d.g.a, bangin chains across the plains since 1987 (or whenever the k.d.g.a got started. That slogan over an image of a disc golfer slamming one in the chains with a wheat field behind him might be okay?

Maybe slightly less flamboyant than last year?

I thought last years was the best I've seen in a long time.

I also like the old shirts that had the list of tour stops with a Kansas map or whatever.

A shirt that listed the tour stops would be nice.
