Hole 1 would be a sick ace! Mark hit an ace last year if I remember right.

Good shooting Jon, the only person to shot under par all 4 rounds!

Mace-

Did I get any good pictures?

We were looking for two discs on my card and it was taking forever, so I yelled up for the next group to throw. I was standing about thirty feet from the basket and got to watch them come in. Jack threw a great shot that ended up about 5 feet from the pin. Wow, that was really cool to see. The next shot went north a ways, but still good. But Marks throw was one that I will always remember! I have never gotten to see a long ace like that come in! It was AWSOME! He rips this huge hyzer and i could see that it was going to be close, but then I thought "uh oh, it might hit me". I got ready to move, then realized it was high and north. As it came through the trees, it hit one limb and "smash!", right in the chains and it stuck! What a sight! That thing was really moving, but just stuck right in the basket, like it was meant for it! Very cool!

Hole 1 was about 380' downhill. Mark aced this year's hole 13 last year or the year before with the same disc! Blue Z XS? That hole was 430 feet! How many players have aces that over 400'? How many players have aces at the Rock? Very cool.

Mark's ace this year came via a Lightning #2 Driver. Last years ace he wasn't even officially in the tourney.

Thanks for the congrats guys...

It felt good to string together 4 solid rounds, although I didn't feel like I did anything special.. just stayed out of trouble each and every round, and putted pretty good.

I really like the course how it was laid out this year... what did everyone else think? I did miss the 1,000+ footer that went out towards the new soccer fields, but #14 was pretty fun in itself.

I wish I could have seen Salada's ace on #1.. that had to be a site!

This tournament is by far one of the most fun all year.... as always, good job Brandon!

Jon
