Moving up?

Re: Moving up?
Hey Duh...long time no see. Been watching your scores on the PDGA site. I am in the boat with you. Down here in the south, things are a little more relaxed. I moved up to Pro Master Women last year after winning over 50% of the tournaments I played in the year before. The Am/Adv. women's division was won by either myself or one other woman. I will say down here, there are a lot more women who play regularly which makes it kinda nice as far as competition is concerned. There was just a huge two-day tournament in Mobile this past weekend and there were 219 total players and there were four pro women, two pro master women and four or six am/adv women. Which in my book is a pretty good turn-out for the women.
If you are comfortable in your division, winning 80-95% of the tournaments you play in, try moving up for a six month period of time. Don't get discouraged though, just keep it real. You are a good and competative player. You will do well in the Pro division, should you decide to move. Take care. Good luck!!!!

Thanks, Cat!
My decision has been put on hold because I've managed to throw my shoulder pretty out-of-whack. I'm doing physical therapy exercises trying to get it back in good shape to throw. I plan on coming back & playing pro next year.
