If it was there wouldn't be any Okie's , hillbillys from Ky, cell phone users while they drive, blonde girls, children under the age10, old peoplebehind the wheel of the car, any one liveing in Washinton DC, polititions, steriod useing athletes named bubba,and the list could go on and on and on and on. sorry to unrealistic of a wish . LOL
