Thought I would post first before you all get home. For once I beat you all! It was a lot of fun getting stuff ready for this tourney, then giving it all away (well most of it. I did end up with some!). Thanks to Brandon Mace for doing the prizes. Thanks to everyone who drove that far just to play! You are all awsome! Big thanks to Rodney Dyck for helping run things. And to some of the locals for their help.
I think Rodney was the only person to duece 18 long and if so, this is the first known duece on that hole! Way to go Dyce!
Now to just sit back, relax, and ice my back!!!

Smitty hit an ace on hole #4, worth about $250.00, with KDGA money. Pays to be a member of the KDGA! Official total will be posted!
Let me know if you have questions and I will try to post answers. Was a lot of fun!
Ron went through the sign on top of the roller coaster and ended up under some fencing material on the fairgrounds. He ended up putting from inside the ticket booth (legal stance agreed upon by the group)! Would have been smashing had he made that one. As it was, a near miss, but still a classic shot! Rodney hit chains hard on #6, and skipped up to hit the bottom of the basket on #9. Ronverse hit basket on #3. Those were the only ones I saw (I think), but if you saw any "51" material, and it should have been all over the place, please post it here!
Thanks again for making a long trip to Norton! Oh, and sorry if I did not spell your name right! Not good at that!

You gave me $114 at the tourney. The KDGA gave me $184._dm4 wrote: Smitty hit an ace on hole #4, worth about $250.00, with KDGA money. Pays to be a member of the KDGA! Official total will be posted!
So that little 120 foot putter shot was worth $298!
So with the $298 from the Ace and $200 for winning. That made for a pretty good payout for a $35 entry.

Just a few comments on a well run (once again) tournament. Don always delivers with all of his hard work and preparation for this tournament. And as always the trophies are unique and top notch. Getting to play with Ron Convers is always a pleasure and being fortunate enough to beat him in a round is even more enjoyable. I just wish he would make the jump to be a permanent Master. Thanks for everyone who attended and supported Don. He deserves way more but he's greatful for all your efforts.

Looks like 26 players and 17 members. Not bad for Egypt. Sounds like it was a very fun event!
