As usual, lots of fun playing this tourney! Tunnel shot is always a challenge! Little tunnel shot is too! Every shot was "fun" with that wind. Best part of the day was lunch! Thanks for the good food "mom"! Ryan and Rodney did lots of work for this one! 11 of us are grateful! Was a fun day for sure! This is one tourney that I will be back for!
Thanks to all for such a great experience! Robert & I had a blast, learned some, and are definitely ready for another tournament experience. Appreciate everyone's support and encouragement for a couple of newbies & can't wait to play again next yesr!
Thank you so much for those of you who were fortunate enough to play in this tournament. I had a blast and I wish more people would have had the opportunity. I'm not sure why the low numbers. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to make this tournament more inviting in the futre I would also like to thank Hometown Electric from Wichita, Sam's Pizza Barn from Ashland, Ryan Beisner, and Don Mordecai for donating the generous amount of added cash that they did. I know Ron Convers thanks them.

Ryan Beisner
The contest was the person who was the most consistent throwing at each basket. Ryan and Buddy tied with having the same score on 3 different baskets, all four rounds. Ryan beat out Buddy by also having the same score on 3 different baskets, on 3 rounds.
I don't think that double points would be enough. Maybe triple or quadruple points. They should take the two lowest attended tournaments and quadruple the points the next year. And triple the third and fourth lowest attended tournaments. That might help the smaller tournaments get more attendance each year. Just an idea.
There a few people coming out to the farm Sunday afternoon Oct 28 to play a round or two. We will start playing at 2-2:30pm. Anyone who wants to check out the course for the first time or who is in the area is invited to play. Maybe we can get enough for doubles. The directions to the farm are in the Tournament section under "2nd annual Cedar Elm Open" or you can call me at 316-284-1204. Hope to see a good turn out.
