After more hours on the phone and a club meeting we have decided to keep the tournament on April 26-27. We looked at all the options and feel like this was the best date for the GBO. Again we apologize for the conflicts this has caused but changing the date at this point will only create more problems.

I'll be there.

You're a sucker if you're not.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

Glass Blown Open INNColor fundraiser discs as of right now.

These aren't expected to be completed until early March but I wanted to post what has been submitted. Let us hear some feedback so that we can make some changes as needed.

Star Destroyer, Star Ontario Roc, Star Wraith & Star Classic Rocs!

Discraft discs will be made as well. What is everyones favorite design? Anyone have any other ideas for a full color? We are still looking to make a new hotstamp. Anyone who submits a new design that is used for the tournament will get hooked up with a free entry and some other goodies!

If we provided meals for each lunch what would everyone think? We are looking to have a local club such as the Optomist Club (who paid for the Peter Pan baskets) do lunch for both days. This would be included in your entry so that nobody has to leave the park. There will be more of a social atmosphere at tournament headquarters this year and games for everyone!

This is going to be the best Glass Blown Open yet! We've got the Amateur World Champion coming from Milwaukee and another top MA1 player flying in from Charlotte in hopes to take home some glass! I can't wait to see how many others travel to this tournament from greater distances. Who is going to take home a piece of glass this year?

So many to choose from. I'd like to get all of them but money is the main issue.

The GBO is an Amateur Nationals Qualifier! I know we don't have many from Kansas go to this event but it is well worth the trip. HANDS DOWN THE BEST TOURNAMENT I'VE BEEN TO. I encourage everyone who qualifies to go.
