Ice Bowl Season

There are always a few people who are going to not make it.

I am sure those people can look back and find 1 or 2 events that could have been the difference maker.

The finals shouldn't be the only reason you are a KDGA member also. We have made the payout less and less at this event, and spread it out over more people.


What we do now is $50 entry fee (paid by the KDGA) and payout 100% of the field.

$50 per person average is huge. How many people qualified last year. I'd have to check the thread, but it was a lot.

I really think that every disc golfer in Kansas should be a KDGA member.

The cost is $25.

For the price you can get:
$5.00 off you PDGA fee (worth approx. $5.00)
A full color KDGA shirt (worth approx. $15.00)
A KDGA disc (worth approx. $10.00)
Free BBQ in beloit (worth approx. $8.00)
Free meal at the banquet (worth approx. $12.00)
Points race and qualify for the finals (Could be worth a lot of $$$)
Able to win half of the ace fund at a KDGA tourney (could be worth a lot of $$$)

So your total KDGA Memebership is worth at least $50.00 and could be woth "a lot more $$$"!!!

You can sign up at the Ice bowl on sunday at the same time you are signinng up for the ice bowl.

The KDGA is going to team up with all the Ice Bowl TDs. This year we are going to make 1 Ice Bowl in each region a KDGA event. All Current KDGA members will get 10 bonus points for playing an Ice Bowl. Mike will not add these points later in the year. You MUST be a member by the end of the Ice Bowl to get your points..

If you play in more than one Ice Bowl do you receive bonus point for each Ice Bowl?

I don't see why not. It would have to be one of the KDGA Ice Bowls (Topeka, Hays, Pratt, Wichita, Salina).

No, KC isn't going to be a KDGA bonus Ice Bowl this year.
