Dynamic Discs will be hosting two-one day B-Tiers in Emporia on November 8th & 9th! Come out and join us for the weekend or pick out which day will work best in your schedule. Take advantage of your opportunity to get your points for the 2009 Pro/Am Worlds in KC next year.

Innova and Discraft are finishing up the tournament discs and shipping this week so there will be plenty of plastic at each event!

The Dynamic Discs Open is both a KDGA and PDGA event.

Players packs will be offered at this event for all of the amateurs and it is sure to please everyone! There will be a couple tables set up for players to choose any ONE item from. This will include any Discraft tournament stamped disc, Gateway putters, Dynamic Discs t-shirts and LS shirts and disc golf hats. Basically something for everyone and with the entry fee price being so low everyone is a winner from the start.

Most pins will be set in the short settings to keep things moving and to get everything done before dark. One round on the East side and one round on the West side.

Looks like the DD events might draw some players from all over! Travis Blase & Liz Murphy are planning on making the drive from South Dakota! Adam Olsen and Mike Robinson are looking at coming. Peter Vang from St. Paul, MN. Alan UpShot Brown (Play 'em all Tour) from Tucson, AZ, Nikko and Dave McCormick from St. Louis....these are just to name a few! What an exciting weekend this might become.

Alan UpShot Brown is going to be in Burlington, Iowa doing some interviews and is looking to carpool with someone from the area. Anyone from Iowa know someone who could help get UpShot to Emporia?

JMo's will have food out at the courses on each day so that you don't have to leave the park once you are there! They will be serving chili, chili dogs, frito chili pie, and hot dogs. I don't have the exact details of the lunch yet but plan on them being out there.

I will be making my advanced debut!
A great shot is when you try it, a good shot is when you don't have the guts to pull it off.

A lot of players have been asking about the payout for the event.... I posted this on the PDGA discussion board and just wanted to copy it over here.

As with all DD tournaments you can expect some of the best payouts around! This time we have some major sponsors who are going to make this event even better than previous years! Chris "SNG" Tyler (Super Nice Guy) is covering the KDGA fees for this event and the Emporia Convention and Visitors Bureau is covering the PDGA fees so this event will not have any cash taken out of the pro/am purse! How awesome is this! Dynamic Discs is also covering the cost for the pros to get a players package DD T-shirt if the player wants one.
