I hope most of the pins are in the easier to play positions. You may be pushed for time.

The one that sticks out in my mind the most is the last hole that goes south. Long drive, crazy upshot into the trees. I know it is a pretty cool hole, but it also takes a while to find discs in that mess.

Fun day! 2nd round Jeremy Rusco (playing open) shoots a smokin hot -11!
Fortunately (for me )he gave me a head start the first round! So...The lead group is standing on this short hole across the water and the subject of the ace pot comes up. We all say that it`s one for all and promise to split it. The fourth drive is Nate Martin. He barely clears the water, hits a stub with his Banger , and skips the putter into the basket!!Nice!
The rest of the group would like to thank him for being a man of his word! We also want the rest of the money!! Seriously, the weather was better than expected, the crowd was larger than expected, and the course played harder than expected (at least the first round!)Thanks to the folks at Ellis for all the hard work, it was a hoot!

Had a lot of fun playing in Ellis. Lots of first timers there, including myself. That course was crazy! I've never seen so many circle 3's before. Certainly made for some interesting rounds. Rusco played bogey free and missed the birds on the 2 easiest holes, yet still with a -11!

Crispin aced #5 before the tourney and then aced #5 at Hays just after the finals.
