about how many hours drive from tulsa?
thanks again,

Hotels are full because of the Greensburg tornado. The TD said that he would open up his yard to camping, I think people camped in the park last year. This may not be the best idea if you want to sleep. There is a set of RR that run next to the course.

As far as length. I would say between 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 hours.

Ryan will have to confirm, but I do believe that 54 is still closed between Pratt and 183, just west of Greensburg. The state 511 map says so anyway. Just in case you're coming from out west and aren't aware.

If you don't mind getting up early and making a 75 mile drive the morning of the tournament (1:15 or so) there should be some available lodging in West Wichita.

Hwy 54 is closed @ Haviland. I'm not sure when it will be reopened. Be prepared for delays if you get anywhere near Greensburg.

If you're West of Greensburg, Hwy 50 is the way around.

Ryan-

Did you know that you could go into the TD Report and enter all the info you have already. Players Names, division, and PDGA number.

It would give an updated players list on the PDGA site, and it would also save you a ton of time on Sat.

If you are already at 40 players, you are almost half full. What are you going to do if you get more then 90?

Yes, I'm entering names directly onto the spreadsheet, copy'n'pasting to update the forum. That way, they're already where I'll need them.

Limit was originally set at 72 players, 4 per hole. The park doesn't really have extra room to safely add holes. We could probably push 80 w/ 2 ghost groups?

You should have an e-mail from the PDGA with you password on it.

5-somes for 18 would give you 90 players.

Yeah, I originally set it at 72 because of the size of the park and the density of some of the holes in back.

I don't think we'll turn anyone away. Sure, we'll do cards of 5 if there are that many people.
