Mace-

I will do a CTP on the Island hole both days.

I don't think that hole ever changes does it?

Just the OB. That would be a great CTP hole. Reachable for everyone for sure.

Hey Mace,

Here is my feedback on the course. Don't know if you or Clint or Kevin agree, but here it is....

I vote for the basket for hole #2 on top of the Rock for as many rounds as possible!

I like hole 1 in the classic top center position. Down by the water wasn't as much fun.

Hole 4 down in the corner at least a couple rounds! I don't think it was ever pushed back there last year. That one is a classic green.

For hole 7 and maybe 8, I think across the road should be OB. Espescially if you are using the position on the right like we did for all 4 rounds last year.

Can we move the tee for #10 back on top? Last years tee wasn't very level (not that bad, but not sure why it was moved). This is another one fun on long.

#11 is fun on all placements. My favorite was the old one near the 4 poles, but that one is too close to 12's tee.

#16 on top of the dike for 1 round!

I agree. I have always liked that pin. I would like to see it there for two rounds. The water is higher than it ever has been, so the pin under the rock should be fun too.

On of the big trees on the right was destroyed in the ice storm making it a little easier to get behind the sign to that long pin.

I agree. The only advatage I see for it being safe is it gives a player a chance to stay out of the tall grass on hole 8.

The only changes we have talked about are moving the tee pad for hole 15 away from over throws from the cliff. Also, Mace suggested we move hole 9 from by the river to along the road. The hole stays as long as it was, adds a little elevation, and keeps it out of the tall grass which is way taller and thicker in June than it is in April.

You got it. It does not change.

No fly overs this year. If the disc does not hit the island you will retee or use the drop zone!!!!!!!!!!!

Not on and you are OB.

Hit and skip of, play from the last place inbounds. Don't hit at all go to the dropzone.

Is this correct?

Yes, This year the only way you are playing from the island is if you throw and your disc comes to rest on the grass of the island or if your disc lands on the island grass and skips off the island then you will take your ob stroke and play where it was last inbounds. If you hit a tree on the island then land in the street you are going to the drop zone.

Too dangerous. I like the concept of the shot but we're pushing our luck having it up there too much. Especially as golfers get tired or other.

There is no two meter rule so you can throw from the ground right under the disc.

Makes it much easier to explain after someone pushes Loyd off the top of it. :D

I know my limitations. I’m scared of heights.

100 people climbing on that rock the first round probably no one falls. Round two, three, or four as fatigue sets in we’re pushing our luck. Some of you aren’t that agile.

We have to play it on the Rock atleast 1 round. That is one of the best greens on the course.

We could do both ends of the Rock. Next to the cliff, nobody would probably fall. On the edge is the best. You bust a drive past it, and that is the scariest putt in Kansas.

Don't worry Hero, we'll let you wear your special helmet so you don't get banged up too bad. :)
