Norton Open, 2007
Norton Open, 2007
Norton Open 2007
Sunday, August 5th
$200 added cash to the pro divisions (maybe more)
Gatorade in the players pack
Fist place trophies for each division (hand made plaques this year that are slices of a tree from the disc golf course!)
sponsors include;
Innova Disc Golf (2 water bottles, stickers, 2 t-shirts, and a 2 USDGC DVD’s, 2006)
Lightning (usually they send some small bags)
Prairie Wind Eye Care (one pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses)
First State Bank (American Eagle Silver Dollar)
Plus, we have had 15 discs, and some other stuff, donated for CTP’s!
Maceman is going to come and do the am payout (thanks Brandon!), so you get to pick your prizes.
One popular option over the years has been to play Colby, drive to Norton, play doubles, then camp out at the lake, which is about 5 miles away! I won’t be around this year for dubs (wedding in the evening) but someone will run it!
Overall, things are really looking good. All we need is you!
Entry Fees and other info:
Open, Masters, Open Women, $30.00
Advanced, Am Masters, Am Women $25.00
Am $20.00
Jr. $15.00
Ace Fund $5.00, optional
Hope to see you all there!

BASKET PLACEMENTS
Are we playin long/short like last year Don? I bet Smitty's lookin forward to 15 long!!
Re: BASKET PLACEMENTS
We are going to play mostly regular pins, but alts on 5, 9, 12, 15, and 18. We will play the same course twice. Not sure what we are going to do on 17. If someone wants to bring a basket or two, we might need them (might need a basket on hole 1, depending on which rides are still up. right now it's looking like most!).SIPNTHROED wrote:Are we playin long/short like last year Don?
