Russell Memorial Disc Golf Tournament
$10 – Singles (18 Holes)
$10 per player – Doubles (18 Holes)
$1-2 - closest to the hole contest (hole will be randomly drawn out of hat)

Time: 10 am
Date: Saturday, May 31st, 2008

Money is payable upon arrival of the tournament. Early inquiry about the tournament is encouraged if you’re interested in different levels of competition. A players meeting will take place promptly at 10 am. Registration will be from 9:30-10. Cap will be set at 50 participants for singles and 25 teams for doubles as the course is only 9 holes. Early payment insures a place in the tournament.

Payout: will be for 1st and 2nd in singles and doubles. If there are enough participants, 3rd will receive money as well. Only the closest to the pin will receive the pot.

I do suspect a lot of us will be in Wichita for the Doo-Dah that weekend.

Might be a good alternative for non-PDGA'ers don't want to pay the extra $10 though. Good luck with the turnout.

It's just something I throw together in the summer. I generally just put up a local flyer, but last year we had close to 30 competitors with only a flyer up for a week so I figured I'd broaden my advertisement. I should have another tournament in August that'll be pretty similiar to this 1.
