I hope it's close enough that I can't jinx it, but the weather looks beautiful for Sunday. I have a couple more things to collect, then should have a final CTP and sponsor list on Saturday. Get registered!! Get out to Concordia too, their course is fun!

course is flagged for anyone wanting to get out tomorrow evening to get in some practice. There were mosquitoes out tonight from all the recent rain and the creek is full so backup discs may not be a bad idea either. If you happen to go in the water, look for my two buzzes that are by the main bridge. I will make it worth your time! See ya Sunday!

For now....first place in open, masters, advanced, and intermediate will receive a custom hand carved, with a chainsaw, basket trophy. Some of them will be worked on in the morning starting around nine if anyone cares to watch. The open champion will get to watch his trophy be made at the end of tourney(approx. 10 minutes to make.) Approx. value of each trophy is said to be around $100. You know it would look pretty sweet in your collection.

Wal-Mart did throw in a $30 gift card as a CTP today as well

What a great day! Thanks Damen for all hard work on the course, raising money, moving baskets, and all the other unnoticed things you have done for this event. First event I have ever been to that the trophies were being carved out of logs by a chainsaw wielding redneck! Don't know where you guys are going to put those things, but they are AWESOME! The day was topped off by Wiggins sealing the win with a 50 foot death putt for a single stroke victory in Open. Had that putt missed Ben would have went home nearly $300 poorer.
