350ft ave would be pretty close maybe closer to 400

You're doing great for having played for such a short time. This website really helped me when I was first starting out.

My only other advice would be to go out and play with people that are better than you and try to learn from them.

I'd say to really learn how to shape a buzz or a roc and to move up from there. I wish I would have done that when I started out playing.
