Kansas Disc Golf Association

I'm relocating from DeKalb, IL to Lawrence this weekend and have a few questions. I have already used the search feature but I'm looking for a couple more answers. Mainly, how popular is disc golf in Lawrence and are leagues still held on Tuesday at Centennial? When I was apartment hunting I checked out Centennial and only saw a couple people throwing- it was extremely muggy that day, is this usually the case or does it get crowed when school starts?

Also, are any local golfers also vendors? I checked out 3rd Planet last time I was in Lawrence and was shocked by their prices. I really do prefer to plastic from golfers and not store fronts.

I have a rather liberal schedule until school starts and plan on playing my first round possibly Sunday night or Monday. If anybody wants to show me the course or play a round or two anytime just send me a pm or reply here. Jason

I know there are some stores down on Mass St. that sell discs, but Dynamic Discs is just down the road in Emporia. If you email Jeremy Rusco, sometimes he can mail discs out that day!

Yes get ahold of Jerremy . He's the man and I am sure you won't be disapointed.

League is held every Tuesday although participation is limited. I can only make it about once or twice a month.

I have overstock plastic that I sell at more than reasonable prices. You just have to catch me when I show up at the course or come to my house to check it out. 3335 W. 8th.
