I'm translating a book...

My wife and I are in the process of translating a book about all things disc golf from Finnish into English and I need help with a few terms...

1.) What would you guys (or girls) call a shot using the same grip as a "grenade" (disc upside-down with the thumb on the rim), but that's thrown to slide flat across the ground upside-down?

2.) Does anyone have a better term for the top of the basket (the area where the chains are attached) than "top of the basket"?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks again. The book's all translated and heading back to the original authors.
