After-Action Report:

I owe all of you a huge thank you for coming out and supporting this event despite the less-than-ideal weather! I was impressed when I counted a final tally at a little over 40 players that helped make this event possible. You guys rock!!

The "Blue Course" played just as well as I had planned and I heard a lot of positive feedback regarding the layout of the holes. In a casual tournament setting, I feel that it enhances the experience for players that are looking for something new. This safari-style layout has been in the works since I initiated a variation of it during the 2011 season of our Carey Park Summer League. You can bet that you will see yet another alternate tee format during this year's summer league.
