Had my first Open win on Saturday. Shot an Even (63) and a -2 (61) for my two rounds of 21 tough, tough holes. There were only two rounds under par all day. Shot Even (27) during the Final Nine, good for a three-stroke victory over 10 other Open players.

Maybe you can qualify for the USDGC playing a European event, that would be cool.

Matty, i played with Joonas Hynonen from Finland at the USDGC. I warned him about your left handed stroke!

Finland is great so far. Good scenery, good beer, good golf. I'm still waiting on a work-permit, so I've just been reading and writing and golfing all day (I guess you could call it the "tough life"). Yes, we do write our dates all goofy here, but it's a minor adjustment at best. And with a high-quality course just a five-minute bike ride away, I couldn't ask for much more.
