FLX LINE INCREASE

Post by ronconversjr »

DISCRAFT will be coming out with AVENGER,XL,andCHALLENGER to fill out the existing line of FLX plastic. This means the FLX line will have SURGE,BUZZ,PRED XL,AVENGER,and,CHALLENGER.Also coming are NEW FLX COLORS more info in appx. 2 weeks. The roll out is scheduled to coincide with BOWLING GREEN AM Tournament. If rumors are correct the new FULL COLOR SURGE will also make it`s debut appearance there in players packs! If you`re going to BOWLING GREEN take extra cash for all the cool first runs that you can score!!

Have you got them yet? I'm interested to hear about how they fly.

According to what I`ve heard the new Surges are slightly less stable than it`s brother in the same plastic. In my experience, having the SUPER COLOR insert on a disc causes a more domed top than the ordinary mold.
personally I would love to see an esp spectra without the insert just to see how it flies. The dome can be a +/- depending on the mold.

Nice quotes Ron and Smitty in the latest issue of Disc Golf World magazine. If you'd have talked them up like that at Herrington, I'd have bought some!

I have`nt seen the mag yet ,but I am in love with the FLX plastic. You will become a believer!!!PS tried a full color SURGE after Herrington it seemed easy to throw.not as flippy as I would have guessed 3/4 speed hyzered out at 375-400 ft.

I threw most of the new stuff @ Bowling Green. I didn't throw the Challenger though. It felt pretty decent.

sad news the release of FLX Predators has been postponed.Challenger and XL? are still headed for release.I guess the feedback was that not all Preds were as stable as mine :(
