Im looking for a date for this event that will alow all club members to attend. so far all i know is it needs to be no later than the month of November. the Round up is sceduled for Nov. 2 so that is not available. there will be a KDGA final points tournament but it has not been anounced yet as far as i know. I do know the club has had a good year and we can treat ourselves to a sweet time. Ideas are welcomed post them here or get with me in person, all i know is i want every one of us to get in on the fun

Sundays work the best for me, but with enough notice I should be able to get Saturday off.

I have been approved off for November 9,16,23 so any of those dates will work for me.

I'm liking the 16th. Still no guarantee I can get that date off though.

That and I would like to know when KDGA finals are. I'd hate to have both on the same weekend.

I've got some vacation days left, I'd be happy to help the Friday before.

it looks like kdga will be the 16th im cool with the 9th or 23rd for our party, help will be apriciated on the friday before thanks travis, shall we all get togeather and vote on a day wednesday at the park? those who cant make it tomorrow please vote for your favorite day here thanks

When get a date set I can then try and get the Friday off before to help.

Got anymore details about this shindig? One round? Two rounds? start times? Formats?

As it stands right now this will be 2 rounds of singles will be played at Konen Creek. Must be a current LRDGC member. I don't think a start time has been set.
