So from what I have seen and played, the Frizz may be the shortest layout ever.

I think that someone will shoot -10 at Daniels.
I played about 10 of the holes at Pecan West and all but 2 of them were birdie holes, so -10 at Pecan West.
North of 9th has a 10 down on it.

Will the winning score of the Frizzz be more (or less) than -35?

If you play, it will be more than -35. BUT, the wind will be a huge factor in the number of putts that drop in.

I'm guessing 2 DROT's for the weekend. More or less? The world may never know.

Cart turned left and Shan flew straight. He should be getting pins in his leg as I type this. Crazy thing is they were only moving at normal cart speed.

Shan was telling me that he woke up in his camper and had to piss, as he got up he felt the pain. He was going to call his wife and realized the phone was in his truck. He had to crawl out of the camper across the dewy grass through the dry dirt to get to his truck and call for help. He is a tropper, and as I laughed while he told me the story I felt a little bad, untill he started chuckling. Its a shame that something that bad could happen to such a good person, but we have all seen Shan at the friz and it could have been alot worse. Hope he gets back to golf.

The 20th Frizzz has come and gone. Stories of Aces, goatnappings, broken legs, fist fights, and many many more are sure to be spread around for the next few years.

Friz-tastic

Post by powa-grippa »

Man! I have only been to a few friz's but I would have to say this this friz was FRIZ-TASIC! The weather was great ( minus the insane wind) and the turn out was good. Too bad so many friends couldn't make it down, you were all missed. It was great being able to see so many people and get to spend 4 days with some of the coolest people ever! I can't wait til next year to do it again! I'm going to try to see if we can get Dugan to do some more fire dancing for us. Hope to see everyone down here in Ponca, for the four-2o spring fling! Peace out! Julie
Had a lot of fun as always. There were a few douche bags at the site next to us complaining the whole time about silly stuff, frikin losers. Anyways thanks to all the volunteers and thank you for all the free beer! WOW! I saw a guy on the course with two 2-liters filled with beer, he had to remove half the plastic in his bag just to fit the beer in there, talk about priorities.

Congrats to all the winners and I'll see ya next year, Winfield!!!

p.s. if you are wondering who was lighting off firecrackers during awards it was me.
KDGA points will be awarded for pints of beer consumed. Bonus points assigned for other substances based on their toxicity. You wish!

Had a blast at my 9th Friz! Let's see, what can I remember?... ... ...

Slapping Dave Wiley's wineSAC... Johnny G.'s travelling bass music... Getting chased by a giant friz lizard with a flaming spear... Chris Dendurent's home brew & homemade campfire toasted Beirocks... Stonehenge fire at the KC camp... Bender's red hair and Friz Dyed Poodle... Kiwani's Lazagny... Fire wrestling in the Wichita camp... Playing the final round on an awesome layout at Daniel's in rediculous wind... Seeing Nadine got busted out of goat prison...

Big thanks to all the volunteers! I know some of these people don't even play disc golf, but just love making us happy. 196 players is a number to be proud of. Congrats to Ronvers & Mitch Mac! Those Okies know how to tear it up playing in the wind.
