Had maybe the best league night ever.

Watched some of the funniest thing that I have ever seen.
Cliff with a Mulligan Ace, then chaining out for another mulligan ace.
Chuck throwing 100 foot past the basket on a 30 foot "putt"
Shan wizzing in the lake, then the wind snatching the disc from my hand and landing it in the Wizzz.
Me hitting Chris Tyler in the head with a putter.
Me trying a backwards drive and nearly killing a "Blue Hair"
Chris Tyler hitting his first ever ace! With a thumber then dancing like a little girl.

Great night, exactly what league should be.

Guess you missed that one all the way around. You missed the -19 and you got an ace to boot.

Next Week at Camp Horizon

Go to Ark City, take US166 East and go east of town a bit, till the road bends and there is a sign for camp horizon. Take that road south, then it bends east, and go until you see the sign and turn in for camp horizon. Its just a couple miles. Drive in the driveway till the parking lot. The course is very short but new.

I was in the other group, but I'm sure they took care of Chris on the 51 club~The ace fund actually got split that night cuz Stun hit an ace as well.

This week at Camp Horizon I feel obligated to say that since it is primarily a Church Camp, that we should be respectful and leave the smoking and drinking booze at home. I will even bring a cooler of ice cold pop to give you something else cold to drink.

Well the camp normally charges a 5 dollar grounds fee for people who are not staying the night. But if you are coming only to play the disc golf course, there cost is 2 dollars. The camp has DX innova discs to rent. You can rent 3 discs for 6 dollars and if all are returned you recieve 5 dollars back. You need to make a reservation ahead of time if you want to play. I already told the camp about league this wednesday. If the price is an issue, I would recommend talking with Katie about it. Give her your rational and she will give you hers.

Other Alternatives to paying might be to volunteer a little time improving the course, or to help run a tournament. The camp is very interested in having a tournament, but needs some leadership on that. If you have ideas or questions call the camp and talked to Katie Jordan.

This week there are some RV's on hole 8 fairway, I placed a white flag where I would make the alternative tee pad for the time being. But you guys can decide whatever you want. I am not going to be able to there.
