I think making a calender of the events is a good idea. Also making a list of different locations may be a good idea also. I agree with not paying for the mulligans with money riding. Same with the one dollar that goes for the ace fund. That way the money goes towards the ace fund and its not just being turned over and over. Just a suggestion.

I like the idea of going with a certain weekend like the first of each month or the second of each month.
